Willow Hawkins just wanted a fairytale wedding of her own. Instead she got stranded in a small town for Thanksgiving, with a boyfriend who was all wrong for her. So she does what she always does when things go sideways: she calls her best friend, Cameron Trask.

Cam drops everything—including a career-making job interview—to rescue her. But when Willow looks at her best friend this time, she doesn't see the guy who's always had her back. She sees the man she's been in love with all along, and she just ran out of time to hide it.

Now there's only one way to make things right: get Cam cross-country to that interview before it's too late. Just the two of them, a car that won't cooperate, a jealous puppy riding shotgun, and a storm that's about to strand them together, alone in a motel.

There's just one problem. If Cam lands his dream job, Willow might lose the man she loves, right when she's finally found him.
